I look forward to being able to glaze them

I used this image to inform my lino pattern, photogram and ceramic patterns.
My selection of heads continues to grow, I don’t decide what the head will look like before I make it. When I start the making process the shapes tell me what the head will look like. They aren’t attempts at Portraits but they are images of characters.

How many heads do I need that is the question
The washer on the baths hot tap failed. 3 plummers later I was given the name of one who would come out. The 3rd plummer gave me the name as he was working in the hospital, he was very helpful and the plummer he gave us was with us the same day.
Busy knitting followed the wrong part of the pattern. The pattern was for round neck with a separate note for if you want a button neck. My son likes the button neck! Thankfully it is easy sorted just means some unpacking. Blaaaa

I don’t know why but I find making a female face harder to do than a Male. I’m sure someone would be able to tell me why.
These ones are a little more friendly. I wonder where they come from?

We had a virtual family meal yesterday to celebrate my birthday, not the same as the real thing and not helped by me feeling unwell. The headaches I keep getting are due to my blood pressure being too high. It takes a week for the medication to get to the right level. It can’t come too fast.
I have a boil in my right axilla that has burst, it doesn’t look pretty but it feels easier.
I went to my laptop to do some more of my essay only to find it gone! Luckily I was able to fine a previous deleted work so I have retrieved that. That took much of the time I had free before Dungeons and Dragons started. Serves me right for relying on auto save. I really dislike MS word!!!
I remembered the name of the artist who did wonderful heads using his own face as his reference. I didn’t refer to anyone I know when making my clay head. They are not portraits.

I’ve sown the raglan seams and started knitting the collar. Sewing up is always the hardest bit for me.
