Just prior to lockdown one of my friends lost her dog to liver disease apparently it is common in labrador retrievers. My task is now to produce a painting that reflects this dogs character

I can’t see the point of crocheting a flat piece just to sew it together afterwards. So here is my first sleeve, not finished but underway

Making face masks

I had the wool and found a pattern, but the pattern was for a small person and I preferred the wrong side to the right side.

Here is the result

This us an old pattern with a stitch I have not used before- ladder stitch. I just have to make sure I don’t drop the wrong one!

I said I would paint my parents cat, I have started!!
