These are paintings and drawings I have been asked to produce. using the owners photograph. The photo used is shown first then my painting.

This was quite hard to do as the photo was a poor one, but the owner was happy with the finished picture.This is the latest  photo I have been given  to paint. I’ve  started but can see a few mistakes so need to leave it while I  think what to doI think I’ve  finished  if the commissioner is happy I will varnish it. Reply back I need to pink up tha cat on the rights nose then it is done bar the vanishing, I  think! The trouble is you go back to the picture  and see something  else that needs doing or you are not happy with.  Painting animals isn’t  easy it takes years to learn and I’m  just at the beginning.I’ve  gone into the art room and spotted some things to change now I  have to let it dry. You could play spot the difference  see if you can see what I’ve done.

Special commission for a friends wedding day, she provided the basic mouse pattern and materials to use along with instructions to make the male mouse taller. They have been fun to make.
