This is a fence with a tree trunk!! The tutors have said that they prefer less obvious work, where you have to work to understand the meaning. This might fit the brief where as the mending wall does not.

My first attempts
2nd attempt a little more like a pot
All sides mending wall? Painted with under glaze then sprayed with clear glaze. The stone came out a bit bright but it is a fun piece.
